Voice solutions provider Deepgram, with the support of OpusResearch , conducted a large survey of 400 stakeholders in US companies in 2025.
To complement this ” resolutely optimistic ” vision, SPIX industry wishes to collect the vision of French and European manufacturers on the impact of voice AI solutions on their businesses.

Voice AI solutions appear to be used extensively in these professions.

SPIX ‘s objective is to complement this survey with the vision of industry professionals .
In this survey, 97% of respondents said they use voice AI solutions daily in their work.
92% of respondents record their voice data (meetings, conversations, memos), and more than 50% convert these recordings into text for later analysis, structuring, use, communication or archiving.
