SPIX industry data protection policy
SIMSOFT3D SAS attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and undertakes to process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act.

Shelf life

If, after contacting SIMSOFT3D SAS, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL).
