SPIX industry Privacy Policy: Privacy By Design


This Charter applies to the Site of the company SPIX industry.

In the context of this Charter, unless the context requires a different definition, the following words and expressions, whether singular or plural, will have the meaning set out below:

” SPIX industry ​” refers to Simsoft3D SAS with a capital of 20,469 euros, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number B 791 852 288, whose registered office is at 1244 rue l’Occitane – Building “Le California A” – 31670 Labege, France.

” Charter ” means this charter on the protection of personal data and confidentiality and security commitments;

” CNIL ​” means the National Commission for Computing and Liberties;

” Personal Data ” means the User’s personal information;

” SPIX industry ​” means the group of companies within the meaning of Article 4.19 of the GDPR which exercises control over SPIX industry and the companies it controls;

“ GDPR ” means General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016;

“ Site ​” means the web-site accessible at www.spix-industry.com and www.spix.ai;

” Processing ” refers collectively to the management, collection, protection and storage of the User’s Personal Data;

” User ” means the user of the Site, whether a customer or a simple visitor to the Site.

SPIX industry has implemented this Charter so that the User can communicate his Personal Data in compliance with a strict policy of confidentiality and security by which SPIX industry undertakes to protect his private life and manage his Personal Data. in a fair and transparent manner.

1. Data controller

7. Security of Personal Data

SPIX industry takes all the necessary precautions, in particular organizational, technical, software and physical measures in terms of digital security to protect the User’s Personal Data against any loss, theft and fraudulent embezzlement, as well as against any access, disclosure, unauthorized alteration or destruction of Personal Data.

However, it should be noted that the Internet is not a completely protected environment and the Site cannot guarantee the security of the transmission and storage of information on the Internet.

SPIX industry implements all useful measures with regard to the nature of the data collected and the risks presented by the Processing, to preserve the security of the Personal Data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or that third parties not authorized have access.

8. User rights

In accordance with national and European law, the User is entitled to exercise the following rights with SPIX industry, which processes his Personal Data:

In the event of dissatisfaction with the way in which a service provider manages Personal Data or for any question or request raised with contact (at) voiceai.fr and which would have remained unsuccessful, the User is entitled to lodge a complaint with of the CNIL.

The User also has the possibility of contacting the contact (at) voiceai.fr in order to be redirected to the CNIL or for any question or concern concerning questions of privacy or the management of personal data concerning him.

9. Duration of retention of Personal Data

The User’s Personal Data will be kept by SPIX industry for the longest period among the following: (i) the period necessary to carry out the following operations: (a) sending information and offers via Email and/or SMS, (b) registration of orders, (c) delivery of orders and (d) withdrawal of orders; (ii) any retention period required by law; Where (iii) at the end of the applicable limitation period following a dispute or investigation that may arise in the context of the operations concerned, unless a prior request for deletion is sent to contact (at) voiceai.fr.

If a modification or an update is made to the Charter, SPIX industry undertakes to publish the new version on its Site. SPIX industry will inform Users of the modification of this Charter by modifying the revision date at the top left of this page.
