The editor of the website spix-industry.com and spix.ai (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is Simsoft3D SAS with brand name “SPIX industry“, and with a capital of 20,469 euros, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number B 791 852 288, whose registered office is at 1244 rue l’Occitane – Building “Le California A” – 31670 Labege, France.
The responsible editor is Mr. André Joly, acting as General Manager of the company.
The provider of hosting services is OVH Groupe SA, société immatriculée au RCS de Lille sous le numéro 537 407 926 sise 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.
The structure of the Site and each and any of its elements, whether or not copyrighted or otherwise protected by all applicable laws, remain the sole and exclusive property of SPIX industry.
Any reproduction, extraction, display, alteration, modification, adaptation or use of the Site or any of its elements, whether in whole or in part, regardless of their means and purposes, and more generally any act not expressly authorized by SPIX industry, is strictly prohibited and liable to prosecution.
The trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and other distinctive signs of SPIX industry which are displayed on the Site are protected by French, European and other applicable legislations. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
The creation of hypertext links pointing to the Site is subject to the prior written approval of SPIX industry’s representatives. SPIX industry expressly excludes any liability regarding the contents of sites which have created hypertext links pointing to the Site.
SPIX industry shall make all commercial reasonable efforts to update the information posted on the Site. However, SPIX industry does not warrant nor represent that any of the information posted on the Site is accurate, up-to-date and/or complete.
As a consequence, SPIX industry shall not be liable in case of damage arising out of or in relation to the use by any person of the Site, notably in case of error in the use of the Site, low availability of the Site due notably to Internet connection problems or presence of viruses through the Site.
The brands “SPIX” including its drawing representation, “SPIX industry“, and “Voice Experience” are registered trademarks from SPIX industry. The trademarks are registered by the INPI french proprietary protection office.
